 It is noteworthy when we are reminded about the power of God by amazing movies that have been put together by believers. Abejoye is an exemplary movie. It makes you reverence and also keeps you in awe of God's magnificent power. The movie is in four seasons that comprises of parts for each season. The parts in each season has its own powerful message. The movie is a mixture of modern and local setting. It reveals that God'spower can work in all places, be it in the village, city or even another country entirely. It centres around the life of an aged kingmaker and his encounter in Christ. The lesson I learnt from watching the movie is that the life we profess should be seen and evident in us through our conduct, speech and in all things. Matt 5:13-16 "You are the salt of the earth; but if salt has lost its taste, how can its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything, but is thrown out and trampled under foot.
